Dear Sirs,
We have been stayed at your Hotel (Jumeirah Creekside Hotel ) from 03.01.2017 to 10.01.2017, Room num. 728. (Prokhorov Andrei and Prokhorova Kristina).
04.01.2017 the Hotel held off a sum of 80 dirhams (in addition to a Deposit of 500 dirhams, which the hotel returned to us excluding city tax of 140 dirham). This sum was held off without my consent.

First of all, I would like to say a huge thank to all your staff members! But I have one concern - you disregard families with 3 children, who have to pay double price for 1 additional kid and reserve 2 rooms instead of 1.
Please add some packages/offers for that category of families.
